I've been working with Excel Printing and Mailing for several years now. This is the most helpful printer I have ever worked with. Their product is high quality; their pricing is excellent, but the most significant factor is their customer service. First, they are reachable--no phone delaying tactics. Then they have solutions to every need which they present and implement quickly, easily and cheerfully. They also have set up some wonderful automated systems for me through my parent company. Excel is tops.
